Ni-Cd Battery for UPS : Uninterruptible Power Supply
The UPS Ni-Cd Battery is an uninterruptible backup power battery used in power plants, refineries, steel mills, and control systems. This model is highly durable, minimizes self-discharge, and has a long lifespan. It is also resistant to shock and features regenerative catalysts, making maintenance convenient. One of its key attributes is its enhanced safety achieved by reducing harmful gas emissions.
The pocket-type Ni-Cd battery combines excellent cost-effectiveness with features tailored to meet customer needs, making it widely used in various industrial settings. TrollyGo offers two types of UPS Ni-Cd Battery products, with specifications for each type as follows.

Ni-Cd battery for Railway and Subway

The Railway and Subway Ni-Cd battery has a transparent case. This allows easy visual inspection of the battery's internal condition and facilitates maintenance. It has excellent overcharge and discharge characteristics and is specifically designed to resist corrosion and impact ensuring a long lifespan. With low sensitivity to temperature changes, it consistently delivers strong performance across a wide temperature range. IBT’s railway and subway batteries are currently used in subways, high-speed railways, light rail systems, and diesel locomotives.
The high-speed vehicle batteries are divided into two types: Power Car Traction Batteries and Passenger Car Batteries. Used on the KTX since 2008, each battery undergoes both static and dynamic testing to optimize performance. The features and specifications of each battery are as follows.
1) Power Car Traction Batteries
Power Car Traction Batteries are used to supply energy to power cars. They are reinforced with stainless steel for durability and are designed to withstand vibrations and shocks to ensure passenger safety.
