TrollyGo aims to digitize B2B trade transactions, transforming them into a platform that is as easy and convenient as B2C e-commerce, thereby effectively expanding trade operations.
Since the onset of COVID-19, the pace of digital transformation has accelerated across various sectors of daily life. However, the majority of trade transactions are still conducted offline.
While companies around the world are pushing for the digitalization of trade, and large corporations like POSCO in South Korea have shown continued interest by forming task forces to explore online trading, most efforts remain limited to promotional websites without functional transaction capabilities.
In this environment, TrollyGo positions itself as the first global trading platform, responding faster than anyone to the market's shift towards a digital foundation.
TrollyGo offers three main services: ① Market, ② RFQ (Buy, Sell), and ③ Bidding.
① Market operates similarly to a traditional B2C e-commerce platform, enabling both purchasing and selling. It covers approximately 15 categories of items, including raw materials and industrial goods that STX trades, as well as standardized finished products such as medical devices, construction equipment, and beauty products from vendors. In addition, intangible services like ship management, aviation operation/maintenance services, and corporate consulting are also traded.
② RFQ allows users to request STX to handle purchasing and selling transactions, accommodating both Buy and Sell requests. This is a customized service for transactions involving items not listed in the Market, one-off deals, or confidential transactions where the buyer or seller prefers to keep information private. TrollyGo collects the necessary information on customer needs, assigns a dedicated STX trader, and facilitates negotiations via chat to finalize the transaction.
③ Bidding is a service that enables item trading through auctions, making it an efficient way to sell inventory. Once the bidding period ends, the right to choose the transaction is granted in order of priority, and the final transaction is completed through a chat with the selected buyer.
