Production Technology
High purity tungsten tubes are mainly produced in the following ways:
1) General tungsten tubes are formed as a whole by powder metallurgy sintering.
The tungsten powder is transferred into a specific mold, isostatically pressed and formed, and the powder blank is machined, and then loaded into a medium frequency furnace for sintering to obtain a sintered tungsten tube. After machining again, a tungsten tube with a better surface is obtained.
This production process is generally aimed at tungsten tubes with a diameter greater than 80mm. If it is a small diameter tungsten tube, it can be produced in the following way.
