Hello, we are a company that imports and exports wholesale aluminum and zinc-related products. Our goal is to introduce high-quality products verified in the global market to domestic clients and provide satisfaction by selling them internationally. We have been maintaining our business steadily for 20 years, building strong relationships with many domestic clients.

We have been using TrollyGo for about nine months, introduced to it by the STX Metal Business Team 1 with whom we had been collaborating. After our initial use, we were very satisfied with the platform's convenience.

We mainly purchase primary unalloyed aluminum ingots from Indonesia and India.

We used to search and select products to purchase from the Market section, where all necessary specifications for purchase are organized on the product detail page, helping us make quick purchasing decisions. Additionally, with the “Contact Supplier” button, we can negotiate terms directly with the seller in real time, which is convenient. When reordering the same product, we can access all previous order details through the active chat from the last purchase, so there’s no need to separately organize or store purchase records.

Q6. Which TrollyGo feature do you find most useful for simplifying business operations?
Previously, we had to use multiple communication channels like email, phone, text, or in-person meetings. With TrollyGo, everything from product inquiries to negotiating terms, drafting contracts, processing payments, and issuing invoices can be done on a single platform. I find this the most useful feature.
Q7. Can you explain how TrollyGo has made communication with STX easier and more efficient?
Through TrollyGo’s chat room feature, we can quickly exchange responses. The “My Page” section allows us to manage and review everything from order history to inquiries in one place, which is very convenient.

Thanks to TrollyGo, the time spent searching for products and comparing prices has been significantly reduced. Additionally, the automated order processing has shortened the overall purchasing process, saving time and costs.

TrollyGo’s customer support is highly satisfactory. They respond quickly whenever we have questions and provide friendly guidance on how to use the platform, making it very user-friendly.

At first, I was a bit hesitant to handle raw material transactions online, having only done them offline. However, after experiencing the convenience of digital trading through TrollyGo, I don’t think I can go back.
