  • Direct Order is only available on the condition that the supplier and buyer are in the same country.
  • A Direct Order is only possible when the shipping price has been confirmed. While you can calculate the shipping price for domestic delivery, for international shipping, the cost can be determined after negotiation.
  • First, you need to check if 'Direct Order' is available for the product you want to trade. If it is possible, you will find both a 'Contact Supplier' button and a 'Direct Order' button on the product page. Additionally, you can check shipping price at the product information. To proceed with an immediate purchase, check the transaction details, select the desired quantity, and click the 'Direct Order' button. This will automatically take you to the order page. Within this page, confirm the shipping address, quantity, payment conditions and proceed with the payment.
  • You can modify the quantity. However, if you enter a quantity below the MOQ set by the supplier, an error message 'Please input quantity more than MOQ' will appear. Additionally, if you don't enter a quantity above the MOQ, the 'Direct Order' button will not be activated.
  • When making a direct order purchase, only the quantity can be modified.
  • Direct Order products are priced. Also, additional price adjustment is not possible
  • Yes you can use it for both situation.
  • If it's from a small supplier, you can only pay by credit card or coin. You can only pay with T/T if it's from a large supplier. In the case of STX's products, you can pay by card, coin, T/T, or L/C.
  • Deliverty method will be carried out according to the supplier's chosen method.
  • Only for ‘immediate purchase card payment cases’, order cancellation can be requested within 24 hours from the payment time. You can request cancellation of the order by clicking [My page > My shopping > Order > Order Detail > Cancel]. Once an order cancellation request is received, the cancellation process will proceed after review by the TrollyGo administrator.
