  • This service is not yet supported.
  • You can use the search box at the top of the FAQ page to find the information you need. Enter the keyword for the information you are curious about.
  • If you search for a keyword in 1:1 Inquiry, you can see all the answers to that keyword. If you don't have the information you want here, you can ask STX's customer center individually.
  • Please make an inquiry through 1:1 inquiry.
  • You can check TrollyGo's announcements and events in the Notice.
  • If a dispute arises, the dispute will proceed according to the terms of the contract.
  • There is no community provided within the TrollyGo.
  • There is no mobile app, but you can access the site by searching the URL www.trollygo.com on your mobile phone.
  • If you check the 'Master' when adding a Sub-account, the Master permission will be transferred to that account.
  • The master account is the same as the basic account, but you have additional permissions to create and manage child accounts.
