FAQ

  • To find your ID, go to [Log in/Join > Find ID] and enter your name and e-mail address. If the information you entered is accurate, you can check the first two letters of your ID. The rest is not shown in order to protect your personal information.
  • The ID is not changeable after the initial registration.
  • Go to [Log in/Join > Find Password] and enter your ID, name, and email address. If there is a matching account with identical information, a temporary password will be sent to your email. Use the temporary password to log in to your account and reset your password.
  • Go to [My Page > My Account > My Profile], enter a new password, and click the Save button to change your password.
  • If your company is not found in the company search bar, try 'Advanced Search'. The more detail you provide, the higher your search results will be. If you cannot find your company by searching, please enter it manually.
  • You can sell and buy with one account. Basically, if you sign up as a corporate member, you can make purchases. If you want to sell products, please apply as a vendor. Once the vendor reviewing is completed and approved, you can register and sell the product. Accounts approved as vendors can manage the products they sell through "My Trading" in My Page, and purchase-related information can be checked through "My Shopping."
  • TrollyGo supports a chat function that allows communication between buyers and suppliers. When a buyer inquires about a product, a chat room is created between the buyer and supplier. In the chat room, you can carry out work that was previously done through email, SNS, phone, or fax in one created chat room. You can do everything from inquiring about a product to discussing transaction terms. Additionally, if you have data to exchange, such as invoices or contracts, there is a function that allows you to upload and receive documents.
  • TrollyGo is constantly monitoring to quickly respond to buyer inquiries. We will respond within 24 hours.
  • If you have made an inquiry about a product to the supplier but would like to cancel, please tell the supplier.
