  • Trading History' displays the total accumulated trading volume by category.

  • A chat room is created when the buyer clicks the 'Contact Supplier' button on the product page. You can contact each other through this chat room.
  • After clicking on the desired product, clicking the 'Contact Supplier' button and providing basic information about the desired purchase, you can negotiate the terms of the transaction with the supplier through conversation.
  • This allows the Supplier and the buyer to negotiate and coordinate the terms of the product transaction through 1:1 chat. It enables detailed adjustments for aspects such as price, payment, delivery conditions, as well as necessary terms and conditions, Incoterms, and more for the trade.
  • When you click the 'Contact Supplier' button at the bottom of the detailed product information for the item you want to trade, a pop-up window for [Send Inquiry] will appear. In this pop-up, you can write down any questions or desired trade conditions for the transaction. Clicking 'Create Chat Room' will automatically activate the chat room. You can access this chat room in [My Page > My Shopping > Chat Room].
  • If you provide detailed information about the product you want to trade, the supplier will find it easier to respond to your inquiry.
  • You can request additional information from the supplier in the chat room.
  • You can negotiate price, delivery terms, payment terms, etc.
  • You can attach an image using the Upload File button.
