  • After winning the bid, negotiate the terms of the transaction with the supplier/buyer in a 1:1 chat and write the Terms and Conditions to proceed with the transaction.
  • You can cancel your bid on an item, but you will not receive a refund of the $100 you spent on the bid ticket.
  • If you are a corporate member who has entered company information, you can participate in bidding.
  • Deadlines cannot be changed while bidding is in progress.
  • After winning the bid, an individual notification will be sent to the winner. The winning bid can be checked in the [My Page > My Shopping> My Bidding] menu. After accepting the successful bid, the terms and conditions of the transaction are discussed with the supplier, and Terms & Conditions are created based on the negotiated content.
  • Currently, TrollyGo supports card payments, cryptocurrency payments, and T/T payments.
  • You can check your deposit account information by selecting T/T at the payment stage and proceeding with payment.
  • There are no separate payment fees for buyers. However, if you deposit via T/T, a transfer fee may be charged. Check with your bank regarding fees.
  • Payment currency is USD.
  • Access [My Page > My Shopping > Order] to check the status of your ongoing order.
