  • Only one USD foreign currency account can be registered. However, if KRW payment becomes possible in the future, you can register a KRW settlement account.
  • If you want to edit your settlement account, you can access [My Page > My Trading > Bank Information] to edit your account information.
  • For sales generated through credit card payments, the settlement date cannot be changed to the 15th of the following month. However, for products paid for by T/T, L/C, or crypto currency, the settlement date can be changed after discussion with the TrollyGo administrator. If you would like to change the settlement date, please contact TrollyGo.
  • If the settlement information is incorrect, please contact TrollyGo with proof of the error, and a administrator will check and assist you.
  • Even if the buyer pays with cryptocurrency, the currency settled to the vendor is USD.
  • Yes. TrollyGo is a B2B trading platform, and only corporate members can purchase products by participating in purchases and bidding.
  • Currently, the platform supports only USD in payment currency. If KRW currency payment is possible in the future, the amount paid in KRW can be settled in KRW.
  • Yes, you need to update the Order Status continuously. Also, you have to change the Order Status to Arrived after the delivery is completed to receive the settlement.
  • Yes, chat rooms are created based on the product item. Therefore, even if the same customer inquires about an order, if they are interested in different products, a separate chat room will be created.
  • When entering the TrollyGo platform as a vendor, sample confirmation is not required, but may be requested if necessary.
