  • Yes, by clicking on the 'View' of the RFQ you inquired about in the list in [My Page > My Shopping > Chat Room], you can check the details of the product you inquired about and whether you've received a response or not.
  • By using the list search filter function at the top of [My Page > My Shopping > Chat Room], you can view only Buy RFQs and Sell RFQs. You can view a list of all RFQs accumulated up to this point and the chat history.
  • Please fill out the RFQ form as detailed and accurately as possible. In particular, it is recommended that you write down product specification information in as much detail as possible in the 'Specification'. If you have any requests other than the items, please feel free to write them in the 'Remarks' section, which will help us match you with the RFQ product you want.
