TrollyGo supports a chat function that allows communication between buyers and suppliers. When a buyer inquires about a product, a chat room is created between the buyer and supplier. In the chat room, you can carry out work that was previously done through email, SNS, phone, or fax in one created chat room. You can do everything from inquiring about a product to discussing transaction terms. Additionally, if you have data to exchange, such as invoices or contracts, there is a function that allows you to upload and receive documents.
There is no mobile app, but you can access the site by searching the URL www.trollygo.com on your mobile phone.
You can make a more accurate search by clicking 'Advanced' to the right of the search button, entering more information, and then searching. If your company is not displayed, please enter the required information manually.
After selecting the country and entering specific details (such as company name, address, DUNS Number, etc.) if you don't find the desired result, you can click on the 'Advanced' button to input additional criteria for a more accurate company search. You can add details like name, country, street address, city, region, postal code, and more.
