  • If you have made an inquiry about a product to the supplier but would like to cancel, please tell the supplier.
  • TrollyGo is currently available in English, but you can easily access a translated version using the feature at the top right corner.
  • You can upload file through click the 'Upload' button at the bottom left.
  • Your messages and files are safe, as TrollyGo ensures that all documents in the 1:1 chat remain confidential.
  • Yes, your account information is secure.
  • You can withdraw your membership by accessing [My Page > My Account > Membership Withdrawl] and entering the reason for withdrawal. When you click 'Confirm', your account and all transaction history will be deleted from TrollyGo, so please consider this carefully before withdraw your account.
  • Yes, your account information will be safely discarded after withdrawal.
