No, Sell RFQ can be created if you are a corporate member, even if you are not a vendor. To register as a corporate member, please enter the required information in [My Page > My Account > Company Information].
A Sell RFQ includes information about the product you want to sell, payment terms, shipping terms, etc.
Once you submit your RFQ, a chat room will be created with traders. Chat with traders in our chat room. You can also find created chat rooms at [My Page > My Shopping > Chat Room].
If you want to cancel your Sell RFQ, you should convey your intention to the traders.
Please access the 'BUY' menu and enter the information and conditions for the product you want to purchase. A professional trader from STX will assist you with the purchase.
Applying for RFQ creates a chat room where you can talk to the trader. Please communicate with the trader in the chat room.
Submitted RFQs cannot be deleted.
There is no charge for RFQ creation and request.
There is no limit to the number of RFQ applications.
Non-member transactions are not supported for information checking and trust building between traders. Please sign up as a corporate member and apply for Buy RFQ.
