The settlement currency is USD and KRW (if the company is located in Korea). When applying for a vendor, please enter your foreign currency USD and KRW account information in the account information to receive settlement.
You can register a KRW (if the company is located in Korea) and/or a USD settlement account.
If you want to edit your settlement account, you can access [My Page > My Trading > Bank Information] to edit your account information.
For sales generated through credit card payments, the settlement date cannot be changed to the 15th of the following month. However, for products paid for by T/T, L/C, or crypto currency, the settlement date can be changed after discussion with the TrollyGo administrator. If you would like to change the settlement date, please contact TrollyGo.
If the settlement information is incorrect, please contact TrollyGo with proof of the error, and an administrator will check and assist you.
Even if the buyer pays with cryptocurrency, the currency settled to the vendor is USD.
