  • Yes, changes in order status are not processed automatically, so you must update them manually. Keep in mind that you have to change the Order Status to Arrived after the delivery is completed in order to receive the settlement.
  • In [My Page > My Trading > Chat Room], you can check the inquiries buyers have made about products, bidding, etc., and negotiate details through chat with the buyer.
  • If it is not possible to open price to the public or need to be determined by negotiation, select 'Negotiable' and deal with buyer to decide final price.
  • Once shipping started, change the 'Shipping Status' according to delivery step. If you would like to communicate with the buyer regarding delivery, please access the Chat Room of the conversation you had with the buyer and proceed with the conversation.
  • Go to [My Page > My Trading > Product] and check all the items you have uploaded on the market.
  • TrollyGo's basic commission is 5%, but can be adjusted depending on the transaction size or product characteristics.
  • TrollyGo not only sells tangible items but also registers and sells intangible items as products. Services such as technical services and consulting, among other intangible goods, can be found in the Industry Service category.
  • TrollyGo also handles military products. These items can be traded confidentially, so please inquire through RFQ (Request for Quotation).
