  • You cannot make direct transfers through other methods. To ensure safety and security, we recommend using the payment service provided by TrollyGo.
  • You can pay in installments for one order, but only one payment method is possible.
  • The default payment currency is USD. If your company is located in Korea, you can choose either KRW and USD.
  • TrollyGo supports USD payment for global businesses. If the company is located in Korea, you can change the payment currency to KRW.
  • In the supplier's settlement, the fee for international transactions depends on the payment method and payment PG company or the bank of the transaction.
  • TrollyGo securely protects payment information.
  • Since it is a B2B transaction, we recommend using the company's card for payment.
  • Credit card installments are not available
  • Direct payment is not available.
  • You can check the payment status in the Order list under [My Page > My Shopping > Order]. Once the payment is completed, it will change from 'Pay' status to 'Paid' status.
