Direct Order enables you to purchase products directly at a fixed price, without further negotiation with the supplier. If the supplier sets the fixed price for the product, the shipping price is also set, so you can proceed with the order without 1:1 inquiries and individually writing contracts.
Only verified vendors can sell on TrollyGo. If you want to sell products on TrollyGo, try applying to become a vendor.
A chat room is created when the buyer clicks the 'Contact Supplier' button on the product page. You can contact each other through this chat room.
A Direct Order is only possible when the shipping price has been confirmed. While you can determine the shipping price for domestic delivery, for international shipping, the cost can be determined after negotiation.
Only for ‘immediate purchase card payment cases’, order cancellation can be requested within 24 hours from the payment time. You can request cancellation of the order by clicking [My page > My shopping > Order > Order Detail > Cancel]. Once an order cancellation request is received, the cancellation process will proceed after review by the TrollyGo administrator.

Individual suppliers cannot register as vendors. Only corporate members can register as vendors.
Yes it is possible. Depending on the nature of the product and the size of the transaction, you may be converted from a small vendor to a large vendor.
