  • You can attach a file using the Upload File button.

  • You can check the list of chat rooms with previous conversations in [My Page > My Shopping > Chat Room].
  • If the other person has not already read the message, an Unread mark appears next to the message
  • Yes, even for transactions with the same company, since the chat room is created on a per-product basis, if the traded item changes, a new chat room will be generated.
  • There is no time limit or deadline.
  • The supplier clicks the 'Terms and Conditions' button at the top of the chat room to create T/C. Once the buyer reviews the T/C and presses the 'Confirm' button, the transaction is confirmed.
  • If the buyer clicks the 'Cancel' button after the supplier has provided the Terms & Conditions, the entire transaction will be cancelled. This allows for the cancellation of the transaction.
  • Only products that the supplier has set up to purchase direct order are available.
