This furnace is mainly used for the production of high performance brake disc used in Automobile, Bullet train, Tank, Aircraft and etc.
Technology process:
1.Carbon fiber preform → high temperature treatment → pressure infiltration → carbonization → machining → graphitization → ceramization → subsequent process
2.Carbon fiber preform → high temperature treatment → CVD → machining → graphitization → ceramization → subsequent process
The parameters can be adjusted according to the process requirements, but not as the acceptance standard. The detailed specifications will be described in the technical proposal and agreement.
